Olympus WS-321M Digital Voice Recorder Review (ws321m)
The Recorder Olympus WS-Series digital voice is filled with features and has an elegant slim design. The WS-Series includes three different models are WS-311M, WS-321M and WS-331M. The only feature that makes these models is storage capacity. They have 512 MB, 1GB and 2GB respectively.
The Olympus WS-321M recorder Digital Voice is the model we are reviewing and 1 GB version. The WS-321M was designed with the music lover in mind. You can play all your MP3 files WMA. It connects to your computer via USB port and can be synchronized with Windows Media Player.
The sound quality when playing music files is impeccable. It has an equalizer that can adapt to different styles of music like rock, jazz, pop, etc also has music playback SRS WOW technology, which improves the quality of reproduction. I compared the reproduction of music in other Olympus models such as the DS-30 and DS-40 and there is no comparison in the richness of sound. If you want your digital voice recorder sometimes portable music player should take account of the Olympus Digital Voice Recorder WS-321M.
The WS-321M running on each one AAA battery or a rechargeable NiMH cell. The WS-321M is small and measures just 3.7 by 1.5 by 0.4 inches, and makes elegant white exterior finish it look much cooler than his middle voice recorder. One of the best things about the WS-321M is its ability to break and plug into a USB port. No cables, it essentially becomes a jump / USB drive.
The WS-321M is designed to transfer music from your PC to the player a breeze. You can use Windows Media Player or simply drag and drop from any file management utilities. Since the WS-321M operates much like a jump drive or storage device from your PC recognize it as another disk drive when connected to your computer. You can organize songs by artist, album or genre. You can create folder names for each artist. There is a shuffle mode as well.
If you want to record music with the WS-321M may not meet your expectations, the recorder is designed primarily for voice recording. The great works of WS-321M for playing podcasts and music collection, but you should not buy just for the music player looks. You should buy only if you are planning on using it primarily as a voice recorder. The voice recording function on the recorder are powerful enough for professional use. The registrar must perform well enough for doctors, journalists and entrepreneurs.
Despite all the music playback capabilities of the WS-321M is, after all, a digital voice recorder and that is what they have been built. Sometimes there may be recordings of background noise can make the play difficult to understand. Not to worry because the WS-321M has a noise canceling function and a filter for better voice quality reproduction. Noise cancellation can be enabled to reduce background noise in recordings made in noisy environments. Indeed, the function is the loudest strong as the most important and reduces other sounds to make dictation clearer. Voice Filter enhances the human voice by reducing low frequency noise and high during playback. In addition, to transcribe the recordings, the WS-321M has slow and fast playback speed variations.
Only there are a few things I do not like about the recorder. Since the voice recorder is so small, is built on the small speaker is not very high or high quality. When using the speakerphone Externally, I found myself putting the recorder to my ear so I could hear it. If you go for music or voice recordings, I recommend using the headphones that come with it. The screen size is a bit small, but do what you have to do. Apart from that, I really could not find anything bothered me about the recorder.
When it comes to this, the Olympus recorder Digital Voice WS-321M is a well-rounded unit. It is powerful enough for business use, but can also function as a music player device fun. If you are looking for a recorder that is enough for professional use, the WS-321M will do everything I need to do. The music playback capabilities are a plus, but I would not use the WS-321M as your music player.
